Privacy policy

This privacy policy is published by Jefferey Garrett Scales, doing business as RetainAgeIQ, a sole proprietorship based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee ("RetainAgeIQ") for the service at retainageiq.com.

RetainAgeIQ is business-to-business software for Middle Tennessee trade subcontractors, suppliers and fabricators. It sends payment reminder emails for the client's own unpaid invoices. Those emails are sent as the client, from the client's own mailbox. Payment links go to the client's QuickBooks invoice. A person approves every AI-suggested reply.

RetainAgeIQ is for a client's own invoices. It is not a third party that pursues payment of someone else's invoices.

RetainAgeIQ connects to QuickBooks Online with read-only use of customers, invoices and payments. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time. The organization's synced data is deleted within 30 days of that disconnect.

Billing is a flat $99/month subscription via Stripe. RetainAgeIQ does not store card numbers.

Data is hosted on Supabase. RetainAgeIQ does not sell personal data.

Information is kept while the account is active. It is deleted within 30 days of account closure or a QuickBooks disconnect, except billing records kept as required by law.

RetainAgeIQ uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. Access to information is limited by access controls.

RetainAgeIQ is not for anyone under 18.
